The Long Island Fall Festival celebrates its 20th year beginning tomorrow, Friday, October 11, from 3:00-10:00 p.m. in Heckscher Park with carnival rides, food court and music on stage. Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13, the festival will be open from 11:00
