Legislator William “Doc” Spencer Announces NYS Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman’s Community Gun Buy-Back, No Questions Asked, Turn in your Guns for Gift Cards

On Saturday, July 18, 2015, from 9 am to 12 pm, hosted by Huntington Manor Fire Department, 1650 New York Avenue, Huntington

Non-Working or Antique Firearms: $25.00

Rifles and Shotguns: $75.00

Handguns: $100.00

Assault Weapons: $150.00

Payment will be at the site

What you need to know:

  • Transport firearms UNLOADED in the trunk, and placed in a plastic/paper bag, or a box.
  • There is no limit to the amount of guns you can turn in.
  • Licensed gun dealers and active or retired law enforcement officers are not eligible for this program.

    Wow!!!!! Sounds like the start of the Third Reich! This really scares the crap out of me!!!! Local government funding clever ways to seize the community’s right to bare arms!!! What a false sense of security! I don’t trust this one bit!!!!!
