On Saturday, November 29, 2014, the parade will start at 7:00 p.m. at New York Avenue and High Street, north to Main Street, West on Main Street to West Neck Road.  Reviewing stand is at Main and Wall Streets and the Tree lighting is at 10 Wall Street immediately after the parade.

The annual Huntington Village Holiday Parade draws between 5,000 and 10,000 people to the village, with fire department, community group and business floats centering this year on the theme of the Holidays Across America. There is a prize for the best float.

Following the parade is the annual tree lighting. This year, the tree, which is 26 feet tall, will be located in a temporarily vacant lot at 10 Wall Street and remain there for the entire season.

The North Shore Pops Orchestra headlines groups performing in front of the tree at a festival on Wall Street that includes free horse-and-buggy rides, Santa Claus, a bouncy house and a video game truck, as well as free hot chocolate.
