The Great Cow Harbor 10-Kilometer Run is one of the most prestigous foot races in the country and nationally ranked. Runner’s World has named the Cow Harbor Race as one of the top 100 races in the USA. New England Runner regularly places The Great Cow Harbor 10K Run in its Top 100 Races, stating “Big race atmosphere in a small town on the Island; it’s a winner! Who says those “rolling” courses can’t be fun?”

The 2K Fun Run / Walk has been a huge success. This event attracts families and participants of all ages. Over 1000 entrants are expected.

Chip Timing
The Cow Harbor Race features express chip timing. Finishing times are available faster than ever before. For those not familiar with this method of timing, a disposable timing chip is fastened to the bibs of all participants resulting in a smoother finish line with runners exiting the area quickly. There is no need to return the chip to an official. As you cross the finish line your time will be automatically recorded and placed into the finish database. Finish times will be displayed at a designated location in the Northport Village Park.
