Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar (117 New York Avenue, Huntington, NY [631] 385-1515 or www.restaurantprime.com), in support of the Huntington Breast Cancer Action Coalition (www.hbcac.org) and throughout breast cancer awareness month, October, for the fifth year running will donate $1-$2 from each Think Pink menu item. Pink touches, with ingredients known to be rich in antioxidants, are highlighted on a devoted menu. Shades of pink also inspire special wine and cocktail selections.
