Thats an outrage that this 48 year old gets a summons. Should have been arrested on the spot and taken to the county jail. Should serve several years in prison at least. If a 14 year old girl can get sent to the hospital for consuming alcohol that a mature adult gave them and/or let them drink on their property, thats endangering the welfare of minors at the very least.
