Yesterday was the first day of Chinese New Year (year of the Rabbit). The Chinese never ever believe in doing business, rulings, signing contracts or anything of importance.They believe any decision made will bring bad look. Yesterday the ZBA ruled “nope to the HHA” request. The HHA attorney last week requested a decision YESTERDAY – first day of the Year of the Rabbit.
