Saul Umanzor ‘s “Historical Inspiration of Our Place” On Exhibit in Huntington

Cold Spring Harbor

Saul Umanzor ‘s “Historical Inspiration of Our Place” will be on exhibit beginning this Monday Novemebr 1st and run until December 29th at the Huntington Public Library Station Branch Petite Art Gallery located at 1335 New York Avenue, Huntington Station, NY 11746.  Originally from El Salvador, Saul Umanzor’s passion for painting and design began when he was just a boy. When older, he studied architecture at Univo, San Miguel, then, later, moved to the U.S. and realized his dream to become an artist. His architectural training is evidenced in his strong sense of design and a  realistic approach to landscapes, seascapes, and portraits. To that, he adds a masterful use of color and a vibrant imagination. Saul Umanzor believes that “life is like painting a picture and mixing colors…I try to be certain the ‘Creator’ is always there to guide my brush.” Artist Inquiries: www.saulart1@yahoo.com.  Exhibit hours are:  Mon-Thu 9:00am-8:00pm; Fri-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm; Sun 1:00-5:00pm.  See more of his work below:
