The Campion Brothers were back in town Saturday night raising the Nags Head rafters with everything from celtic-country-long island punk belted out by the Bogmen to Old Number Seven delivering a more than perfect rendition of Bertha. The crowd was in no danger of staying out past some parent-mandated pumpkin hour. Too bad to be old, but nice to call your own shots when the music is this good. The VT photog was on hand to grab some shots from in front of the stage and on top of a table, the security guy was not pleased. Nonetheless, the music was top notch and had the Huntington crowd fired up as it recalled more youthful days and spent some relaxation time with friends from way back. The Nags Head was the place to be on one of the few remaining August summer nights in Huntington. Gladius Potter did not show, proving once again that youth is wasted on the young.
